Extra charge £7.00. Delivered on the date of your choice.
Named day UK delivery - £5.00 Delivered on the date of your choice, subject to availability.

Returns and Refunds
You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us or collection arrangements must be made as soon as possible at your cost.
This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Regulations.
If an order is not collected, we reserve the right to retain your payment to cover costs incurred.
As food orders are perishable, they are kept only until the end of the day of your collection date.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order you need to communicate with us by calling at 0207 724 2021, maximum 2 hours after placing your order. Later than that, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order and give you a refund.
Items need to be returned in good condition and sealed in order to get refund.
Please note that we take payment as soon as you have placed your order so you might be charged for your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refunded to you. That should be within the day - however it can take up to 5 working days.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. However, you can cancel your order or change the delivery date within 2 hours of the order being placed.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you're not at home when your delivery arrives, your driver will try to reach you by phone.
Always make sure you contact us straight away.
If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order on the same day.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, you can. Please call at 0207 724 2021 to place your order. Our sales team will advise on the cost of your order and make arrangements for your delivery or in store collection.
